摘　　要：经过实践,找到了一种在保证不停产情况下对回转窑炉下料口结疤的快速装药爆破技术,在3分钟内能够完成药包投放和起爆工作,同时该方法也可用于指导该窑炉窑皮结疤的清理作业。文章叙述了如何在高温结疤部位吹孔,如何对炸药雷管实施有效隔热,如何快速装药起爆作业,同时介绍了施工过程中的作业注意事项和事故应急处理方案,为类似爆破作业提供参考经验。After practice, it found a rapid charge blasting technique for the rotary kiln feed opening coking in case of non-stop production. By this method we can complete delivery kits and initiation work in three minutes, while this method can also be used to guide the clean-up operations of kiln furnace coke. This article describes how to blow holes in the high-temperature furnace parts, implement effective insulation of explosives detonators, and quickly charge and initiation work, and also introduces the notes and emergency treatment during the construction process, providing a reference for similar experience in blasting operations.
