摘　　要：本文分析了当前研究生应具备的综合素质以及存在的问题,阐述了研究生会在研究生综合素质培养中的作用,并从专业素质、思想政治素质、文化素质、身体心理素质等四个方面提出了具体实施办法。This paper analyzes the due comprehensive quality of the graduate students and the existing problems, expounds the function of graduate student association in developing the comprehensive qualities , and put forward the measures for pro- fessional quality,ideological and political quality, cultural quality, physical and psychological quality.
