摘  要:目的分析神经营养因子3在促进脊髓损伤大鼠功能恢复中的价值。方法将80只大鼠采用Allen打击法制作脊髓损伤模型,随机分为对照组(电刺激治疗组)40只和观察组(电刺激联合神经营养因子3治疗组)40只,分别于干预前和干预后7、14、28 d对两组大鼠Tarlov评分、皮质运动和体感诱发电位及脊髓组织巢蛋白(Nestine)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)阳性细胞数进行统计并比较。结果两组大鼠干预前Tarlov评分、皮质运动和体感诱发电位及脊髓组织Nestine、GFAP、5-HT阳性细胞数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而干预后7、14、28 d观察组Tarlov评分0、1级比例分别为60%、50%和40%,皮质运动诱发电位峰峰值和潜伏期分别为(172.08±15.56)、(221.46±18.63)、(255.56±20.43)μV和(2.97±0.25)、(2.89±0.22)、(2.78±0.20)ms,皮质体感诱发电位峰峰值和潜伏期分别为(229.19±19.69)、(280.73±23.07)、(312.48±27.85)μV和(2.91±0.22)、(2.80±0.19)、(2.65±0.15)ms,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脊髓组织Nestine阳性细胞数分别为(17.26±1.98)、(21.33±2.68)及(18.78±2.53)个/HP,GFAP为(36.27±4.83)、(44.18±6.37)及(41.26±5.94)个/HP,5-HT为(26.83±1.78)、(33.27±2.38)及(30.68±2.07)个/HP,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且观察组上述指标干预后7、14、28 d均优于同组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经营养因子3在促进脊髓损伤大鼠功能恢复中的价值较高,对于运动及神经功能相关指标的改善均更为明显,且改善作用也较为持久。Objective To analyze the value of neurotrophin-3 in promoting the functional rehabilitation of rats with spinal cord injury. Methods 80 rats model with spinal cord injury were made by Allen impact method, and all the rats were randomly divided into control group (electro-stimulant therapy group, n = 40) and observation group (electrostimulant combined with neurotrophin-3 therapy group, n = 40). The Tarlov score, cortical motor evoked potentials, somatosensory evoked potentials and myeloid tissue (Nestine), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), 5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT) positive cells of two groups before the intervention and 7, 14, 28 days after the intervention were compared. Results The differences of Tarlov score, cortical motor evoked potentials, somatosensory evoked potentials and Nestine, GFAP, 5-HT positive cells in the two groups before the intervention were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). Percentage of Tarlov score level 0, 1 in observation group 7, 14, 28 days after the intervention were 60%, 50% and 40%, peak-to-peak value and incubation period of cortical motor evoked potentials were (172.08±15.56), (221.46±18.63), (255.56±20.43) μV and (2.97±0.25), (2.89±0.22), (2.78±0.20) ms; peak-to-peak value and incubation period of somatosensory evoked potentials were (229.19±19.69), (280.73±23.07), (312.48±27.85) μV and (2.91±0.22), (2.80±0.19), (2.65±0.15) ms; they were all better than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Nestine positive cells in observation group 7, 14, 28 days after the intervention were (17.26±1.98), (21.33±2.68) and (18.78±2.53) numbers/HP, GFAP positive cells were (36.27±4.83), (44.18±6.37) and (41.26±5.94) numbers/HP, 5-HT positive cells were (26.83±1.78), (33.27±2.38) and (30.68±2.07) numbers/HP, they were all higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significan
