摘　　要：目的了解军队离退休老干部意外伤害的特点与原因,为防范意外伤害的发生提供依据。方法回顾性整理解放军总医院老年急诊科2011年1月-2012年6月接诊的全部(206例)军队离退休老干部意外伤害患者的临床资料,分析意外伤害的特征、原因和危险因素。结果跌倒是老干部意外伤害的最常见类型(68.4%);意外伤害的发生地点主要在家中(70.4%);骨折(24.8%)为较严重的伤害后果。结论意外伤害影响老干部的健康和生活质量,应充分了解老干部意外伤害的特点,采取有效的健康教育,改善环境设施。预防跌倒和骨质疏松应作为防范老干部意外伤害的重点。Objective To understand the causes and characteristics of accidental injury in legionary retired veteran, and look for methods for accidental injury prevention. Methods Clinical data of 206 legionary retired veterans with accidental injury treated in emergency department of general hospital of PLA from January 2011 to June 2012 were collected retrospectively. Then the clinical characteristics, causes and risk factors of accidental injury were analyzed. Resuits Falling is the most common accidental injury cause in elderly people （68.4%）; there was significant differences in places where injury occurred, mostly at home （70.4%）; fracture was the more serious result from accidental injury （24.8%）. Conclusion Accidental injury seriously affects the health and quality of life of legionary retired veterans. The characteristics of accidental injury should be fully investigated, effective health education, environment and facilities should be given and improved. Preventing falling and osteoporosis should be taken as the key points for preventing accidental injury in legionary retired veterans.
