摘　　要：目的为进一步推动GHS在我国的技术实施,本研究以GHS健康危害急性毒性分类为例,对化学品急性毒性的分类标准、分类应用等进行了探讨。方法拟通过调研国内外GHS最新文本,对各类文件的急性毒性分类标准、分类方法、分类程序进行比对并加以研究。结果与结论对化学物质急性毒性分类标准进行了介绍,并就物质的分类程序、物质物理形态对分类指标的适用性、数据指标的选择判定和换算处理、标准适用,及与特定靶器官毒性(单次接触)的界定等方面进行了探讨,明确了急性毒性分类应用涉及的相关技术问题。Objective In order to further promote the progress of the technical implementation of domestic GHS,this paper took the acute toxicity classification of health hazards as an example to discuss the acute toxicity classification criterion and application.Methods The latest domestic and foreign GHS documents were investigated and compared on classification standards,classification method,and classification procedures.Conclusions Introduced the acute toxicity classification criterion of substances,and discussed on the decision logic of substances,the applicability of substances physical forms for the classification index,the selection,determination and conversion of data,the applicability of classification criteria,and the distinction between acute toxicity and STOT-SE.Based on these discussions,related technical problems referring to acute toxicity classification were defined.
