摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药丹参提取的有效单体IH764 3对肝脏缺血再灌注 (ischemiareperfusion ,I/R)损伤的作用。方法 :通过对大鼠I/R模型腹腔注射IH764 3 ,经测定肝组织内ATP、AMP、ADP含量、肝细胞的能荷 ,血清丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、门冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)、碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)、谷氨酰转肽酶 (r GT)等指标 ,并观察肝脏超微结构。结果 :用药组较单纯I/R组肝组织内ATP含量高 ,肝脏功能损害轻 ,肝组织超微结构的损伤减轻。结论 :IH764Objective: The effect of IH764 3 on ischemia reperfusion (I/R) injury in rat liver were studied.Methods: Rats were divided into 3 groups and the control group was not subjected to ischemia and no treatment was given.I/R injury group was subjected to 40 minutes ischemia followed by reperfusion for 120 minutes.The IH764 3 group was subjected to 40 minutes ischemia and reperfusion.The IH764 3 (40 mg/kg) was administred at ischemia and reperfusion.Results: The IH764 3 group serum levels of ALT,AST,AKP and r GT were significantly lower than the I/R group.Enegy charge lever recovery was significantly higher with IH764 3 ( P <0.05),hepatic ultrastructure was better preserverd with IH764 3.Conclusion: IH764 3 may be useful in the treatment of hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury.
