摘  要:目的 :本文着重探讨二维超声法 ( 2DE)、多普勒压差减半时间法 (PHT)、主动脉血流连续性方程法 (AFCE)、二尖瓣血流连续性方程法 (MFCE)测量二尖瓣狭窄瓣口面积 (MVA)的准确性及临床应用价值。方法 :对 3 0例二尖瓣狭窄患者 ,均应用上述四种方法测量MVA ,并与术中所测的二尖瓣口面积 (aMVA)进行对比。结果 :除AFCE外 ,其余三种方法与aMVA高度相关 ,以 2DE法相关最佳 ,其次为PHT法、MFCE法。结论 :2DE法和PHT法操作简单、准确性高 ,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of 2DE method,pressure half time method(PHT),aortic blood flow continuity method(AFCE),mistral blood flow continuity method(MFCE)in measuring the mistral valve area (MVA)in mistral stenosis and clinical value. Methods: The MVA of 30 patients with mistral stenosis was measured by 4 methods and it was compated with aMVA abtained directly during operation. Results: 2DE,PHT,MFCE were hight correlated with aMVA,while AFCE method had poor correlation 2DE was the most aceurate method,PHT and MFCE were more accurate.Conclusion: The conclusion is that the 2DE and PHT method are more easily operative more accurate and more clinical value.
