摘　　要：目的　实验观察三乙醇胺染毒后实验动物的组织病理学改变。方法　 32只实验大鼠分别染毒不同剂量的三乙醇胺 (2 50 ,50 0 ,750 mg/kg) ,每周 1次 ,7周后断头处死进行大体解剖和组织病理学检查。结果　 50 0 ,750 mg/kg染毒组脏器系数增大 ,肝、脾、肾等器官有细胞水肿和嗜酸性变等不同程度的病理学改变。结论　接触一定量的三乙醇胺对大鼠肝、脾。Objective To observe the histopathological changes in rat poisoned with triethanolamine.Method Thirty two rats were poisoned with different doses of triethanolamine (250,500,750mg/kg) once a week.After seven weeks,gross and histopathological observation were made by breaking off the rat's head.Result The organ ratio of experimental groups poisoned with 500mg/kg and 750mg/kg was increased,there were pathological changes to some extent in liver,spleen and kidney.Conclusion Triethanolamine may make injuries to liver,spleen and kidney of rat. [
