摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、调查访谈法,针对学生裁判员在临场执裁过程中产生"怯场"心理的成因进行分析研究,使学生裁判员的能力和自信心得到提高,执裁时排除外界干扰,保持心理稳定,充分发挥执裁水平,顺利完成比赛任务。也为学校以后的裁判教学和培训提供参考。This paper combines theory and practice to research and analyzes the reason of the student referee＇s stage fright, and finding a way to improve the student referees＇ refereeing ability and self-confidence, remove the outside interference, keep a steady state of mind, bring their ability into full play and make the matches go smoothly. The paper also can be a reference for the referee training in the future.
