摘  要:目的 :观察糖尿病大鼠神经和神经内膜毛细血管形态变化及黄腐酸钠早期干预效果。方法 :腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型。给予黄腐酸钠治疗 6个月。结果 :(1)糖尿病动物血糖明显增高。(2 )糖尿病组有髓神经纤维密度明显低于对照组。黄腐酸钠治疗组有髓神经纤维密度明显高于糖尿病组。(3)电镜下糖尿病组神经纤维、神经内膜毛细血管出现结构改变 ;黄腐酸钠治疗组上述改变较轻。结论 :提示糖尿病大鼠病程 6个月时出现早期糖尿病神经病变及神经内膜毛细血管结构改变 ,黄腐酸钠可一定程度地抑制其进展。Objective: To evaluate the changes of morphology of nerve fibers and endoneurial capillaries, the effect of sodium fulvate(SF) in STZ DM rats. Method: Diabetic rats were induced by ip of streptozotocin(STZ). DM rats were given SF for six months.Results: (1) Diabetic rats were hyperglycemia. There was no effects of SF on hyperglycemia in diabetic rats. (2) The myelinated nerve density in diabetic group was 10 140.74 ± 1 237.48 /mm 2, that in control group was 12 730.55 ± 947.51 /mm 2( P < 0.05 ), that in SF treated group was 11 315.78 ± 1 233.80 /mm 2( P < 0.05 ). (3) The ultrastructureal changes of nerve fibers and endoneurial capillaries in diabetic rats were found, which were more severe than those in SF treated diabetic rats. Conclusion: The present results indicated that changes of nerve fibers and endoneurial capillaries occurred in diabetic rats six months after STZ administration which suggested early diabetic peripheral neuropathy had happened. SF can prevent the changes of nerve pathology.
