摘  要:论述了复合型壳精密铸造工艺的特点以及用其生产抛丸器高铬铸铁耐磨件的优势,并对高铬铸铁耐磨件的微观组织结构和力学性能进行了分析,研究了不同热处理方式对其微观组织结构和硬度的影响。采用复合型壳精铸工艺生产的抛丸器高铬铸铁耐磨件,经空淬+低温回火后,硬度达64.2 HRC,抗拉强度达450 MPa,冲击韧度达9 J/cm2.The characteristics of the compound shell precision casting process and its advantages in production of high Cr cast iron wear parts for shot blasting machine were described, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the high Cr cast iron wear parts were analyzed, the effects of different heat treatment process on the microstructure and hardness of the wear parts were studied. The hardness of the high Cr cast iron wear parts produced with the compound process, after air quenching + tempering at low temperature, is up to 64.2 HRC, the tensile strength up to 450 MPa, the impact toughness up to 9 J/cm2.
