摘  要:采用板坯连铸浇注过程静态仿真软件CCPS OFFLINE中的二冷优化设计模块,基于合理制定的目标表面温度曲线,对某钢厂新建板坯连铸机进行了二冷系统的优化设计,通过反向仿真计算,获得了不同铸坯厚度规格和钢种组别所对应的二冷水表,并对一些重要的二冷参数,包括比水量、回路水量分配比例以及喷嘴的流量范围和调节倍率进行了分析。The secondary cooling system for the new slab caster of certain steel plant was optimized by secondary cooling optimum design module of static simulation software CCPS OFFLINE for slab continuous casting process based on the specific and reasonable curve of targetsurface temperature. Through the inverse heat-transfer simulation, the secondary cooling water tables were obtained for diverse slab thickness and steel grade group, and some important secondary cooling parameters, such as specific water flow, water distribution proportion of each spraying circuit, flowrate range and adjusting multiple of spraying nozzle, were also analyzed comprehensively.
