铸造行业教育培训工作现状分析

摘　　要：中国铸造协会根据《铸造行业"十二五"发展规划》的要求,从战略高度认识教育培训的意义,培育总结出9种培训模式:技术研讨培训班、学位+证书人才培养、技能培训、企校合作、地方协会与院校合作、企业内部、区域性技能竞赛产学对接、工学结合等,实现了对整个铸造过程全方位、全流程的认识,培养的学生操作能力强,实现了教产合作、校企一体和工学结合。今后还要探索教育培训工作的新模式,加强在技工基本技能、绿色铸造、节能减排等关于企业发展方向上的培训。According to the requirements of foundry industry in ＂the 12th 5-year development plan＂, China Foundry Association recognizes the significance of education and training from a strategic perspective, and summes nine kinds of training modes： the technical seminar training courses, degree＋certificate personnel training, skills training, cooperation of enterprise and college, cooperation of local associations and college, skills competition in enterprise internal and regional industry-academia docking, combining learning with the round. The knowledge to the entire casting process is realized from whole flow in all domains, the cultivated students have the stronger ability in operation. Future, a new model of education and training will be explored, the training in the direction of enterprise development will be strengthened, such as basic skills, green casting, energy saving, etc.
