空肠弯曲菌琼脂稀释法和E-test法抗生素敏感性检测结果差异分析  被引量:2

摘  要:目的利用琼脂稀释法和E-test法检测空肠弯曲菌对10种常用抗生素的敏感性,并对检测结果进行比较,为空肠弯曲菌抗生素敏感性检测方法的确定及检测结果的分析提供科学依据。方法应用世界卫生组织(WHO)全球食源性病原菌感染网络(GFN)推荐的弯曲菌的琼脂稀释法与E-test法同时测定100株空肠弯曲菌对10种抗生素最小抑菌浓度(mini-mum inhibitory concentration,MIC)。结果应用相同的判断标准,100株细菌使用琼脂稀释法获得甲硝唑、左氧氟沙星、链霉素、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、四环素、红霉素、氯霉素、氨苄青霉素以及萘啶酸的耐药率分别为:91%、51%、6%、6%、81%、84%、0、12%,、38%、86%。而E-test法的耐药率分别为:84%、57%、5%、7%、84%、86%、0、11%,、45%、87%。配对卡方检验分析结果显示,除甲硝唑及氨苄青霉素外,其余8种抗生素两种检测方法获得针对抗生素的耐药率没有显著差异。针对每种抗生素,E-test法获得的MIC50和MIC90值均高于琼脂稀释法。两种方法获得的MIC值的一致率硝唑最低,为71%。结论使用琼脂稀释法以及E-test法均得到:大于80%的空肠弯曲菌对萘啶酸、甲硝唑、环丙沙星以及四环素的耐药;红霉素、庆大霉素以及链霉素对其生长仍然有较强的抑制作用。E-test法分析空肠弯曲菌对甲硝唑及氨苄青霉素的MIC值及判断耐药结果时,应结合使用琼脂稀释法。The MICs of 10 drugs for 100 Campylobacterjejuni (C. jejuni) strains isolated in China were determined by agar dilution and E-test methods respectively to analyse the antibiotic susceptibility of them and conducted a comparison on their sensitivities. By using agar dilution method, the resistance rates for metronidazole, levofloxacin, streptomycin, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, tetracycline, erythromycin, chloramphenicol, ampicillin, and nalidixie acid were 91 0%, 51%, 6 %, 6 %, 81%, 84%, 0%, 12%, 38%, and 86%, respectively. However, the resistance rates with E-test methods were 84%, 57%, 5%, 7%, 84%, 86%, 0%, 11%, 45%, and87%, respectively. There was no significant difference of the resistance rates between these two methods. The coincidence of the MICs of nine antibiotics was higher than 80% but 71% for metronidazole. Results suggest that it would be helpful for determining the antibiotic susceptibility of metronidazole for C. jejuni by combining use of both agar dilution and E-test methods.
