摘  要:目的观察白头翁总皂苷(Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge)Regel saponins,PRS)对小鼠体内日本血吸虫(Schisto-soma japonicum)的糖原、蛋白质、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(acid phosphatase,ACP)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(glutathione reductase,GR)的影响。方法小鼠感染日本血吸虫尾蚴后42d,尾静脉一次性注射25mg/kg PRS药液,24h后灌注冲虫收集虫体,检测糖原、蛋白质的含量及AKP、ACP、SOD、GR的活性。结果感染日本血吸虫尾蚴的小鼠给药24h后,体内雌虫和雄虫的糖原含量较对照组减少45.52%、23.2%,蛋白质含量较对照组减少9.84%、10.66%,药物作用后,AKP、ACP、SOD、GR的活力均明显下降,雄虫的抑制率分别为33.89%、29.25%、17.15%、60.77%;雌虫的抑制率各为43.5%、47.78%、36.68%、63.24%。结论 PRS对日本血吸虫的代谢有一定的影响。This article aimed to study the effect of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel saponins (PRS) on glycogen, protein, and enzymes of Schistosoma japonicum harbored in mice. Mice infected with S. japonicum cercariae for 42 day were treated with PRS at a single dose of 25 mg/kg and were killed 24 h after treatment for collection of worms. The glycogen, pro- tein content, and the activities of AKP, ACP, SOD and GR in female and male worms were measured. Results showed that af- ter the worms were exposed in vivo to 25 mg/kg PRS for 24 h, the glycogen of content of female and male worms significantly decreased by 45.52% and 23.2 %, respectively. And the protein content of female and male worms significantly decreased by 9.84% and 10.66%, respectively. Activities of AKP, ACP, SOD, and GR in female worms were significantly decreased by 43.5%, 47.78%, 36.68%, and 63.24%, respectively, while in male worms were decreased by 33.89%, 29.25%, 17.15%, and 60.77%, respectively. In conclusion, PRS showed an apparently inhibitory effect on metabolism of schistosome.
