摘  要:目的 :评价窦口鼻道复合体HRCT检查及临床应用价值。材料与方法 :分析 10 6例冠状位及横断位HRCT扫描图像。采用层厚 3mm ,层间距 5mm扫描。其中 12例采用层厚 3mm ,层间距 3mm。结果 :慢性鼻窦炎患者占 92 % ,鼻中隔偏曲 83 % ,中鼻甲气化 48% ,中鼻甲反向弯曲 2 0 % ,Haller气房 41% ,筛泡过度气化 46 % ,钩突偏曲 19% ,扫描层间距为5mm ,窦口鼻道复合体显示率为 49%。层间距 3mm为 10 0 %。结论 :窦口鼻道复合体变异与慢性鼻窦炎的发生有明确的相关性 ,鼻窦HRCT冠状位扫描是显示该区域最佳影像学技术 。Purpose: To evaluate the value of HRCT in examing the ostiomeatal complex. Materials and methods: 106 nasosinuses on coronal and transverse sections are reviewed. The thickness of slice was 3mm, but the gap was 5mm in 94 cases, 3mm in 12 cases, Results: 92% of all patients had a chronic nasosinusitis, there are 83% with deviated nasal septum, 48% with concha bullosa, 20% with paradoxieally bent middle turbinate, 41% with Haller cell, 46% with large ethmoid bulla and 19% with deviated uncinate process. The display rate of ostiomeatal complex was 49% when the scanning was performed with the gap of 5mm, but it was the 100% when a gap of 3mm was taken. Conclusion: The relativity between ostiomeatal complex and chronic nasosinusitis is definite. Coronary section is the optimal scanning plane for displaying the structures mentioned above and it can be used to guide the founctional endoscopic sinus surgery.
