平喘散治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：探讨平喘散治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及其机制。方法　选取观察组与对照组支气管哮喘患者共 30 0例 ,分别于治疗前后进行肺功能、血常规检测 ,除自身对照 ,并对观察组和对照组有关项目进行比较。结果　观察组 2 0 0例中临床控制 16 6例 ,显效 18例 ,好转10例 ,无效 6例 ,总有效率 97%。对照组 10 0例中临床控制 48例 ,显效 31例 ,好转 11例 ,无效 10例 ,总有效率 90 %。两组比较具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。观察组肺功能和血常规与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。Purpose To explore the curative effect and mechanisms on bronchial asthma treated with “Ping Chuan San” .Methods 300 cases with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=100) was treated with the conventional therapy,the observed group(n=200) was given “Ping Chuan San”.Meanwhilelung function and blood routine were examined before and after.Results Of observed group,clinical cure,markedly effective,effective and ineffective were 166,18,10 and 6 respectively,the total effective rate was 97%,but in control group there were 48,31,11,10 and 90% respectively (P<0.05).All parameters of lung function and WBC were significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion “Ping Chuan San” has more effective effect in treating bronchial asthma than that of conventional therapy.
