摘　　要：安全文化对提高企业安全业绩、降低生产事故具有重要作用。其中,安全文化手册作为安全文化直观化的表现形式引起众多企业的关注和应用。但是现有安全文化手册存在定义不明确,内容无据可循,表现形式多且散乱等缺点,针对这些问题,设计了安全文化手册模式,即内容上涵盖事故致因理论、安全文化理论、生产现场伤害与急救、职业安全与健康服务指南4部分;形式上从印刷尺寸、页数、插画等方面给予建议。并就安全文化手册的使用和有效范围展开讨论,为企业安全文化手册的编写提供依据和参考。Safety culture played a vital role in improving the safety performance of enterprises and reducing production accidents.As a visible manifestation,safety culture manual caused the attention of many enterprises and applications.However,the existing safety culture manual had some shortcomings,such as vague definition,no basis to follow for the manual content,manifestations were so many and scattered,etc.Aiming at these problems,it designed the pattern of safety culture manual,its content included accident causing theory,safety culture theory,injury and first aid in the production site,occupational safety and health service guide.It gave suggestions from printing size,page number,and illustrations in the form of the manual.It discussed the use and the effective range of safety culture manual,provided basis and reference for the compiling of enterprise safety culture manual.
