摘　　要：具体分析不同人性特点的不同人权诉求,即具体分析人类人性特点的人权诉求、具体分析群体人性特点的人权诉求、具体分析个体人性特点的人权诉求,对于我们彻底打破那种单纯片面的人权阶级化、政治化的思维定势和"以西方之是非为是非"的思维桎梏,从而真正确立科学发展观视野下"以人为本"的人文关怀有着不可小视的现实意义。It is of realistic significance to analyze the different appeals of human rights with different human characteristics of human nature in detail, ie, the detailed analysis of the human rights appeals with the human char- acteristics, with collective characteristics, or with individual characteristics. The analysis of different appeals will help to completely break the simple and unilateral thinking pattern of class polarization and politicalization of human rights, get rid of the thinking shackle which is judged by the western world according to its values, and establish the humanistic care under the human-oriented view according to the scientific outlook on development.
