基于因子分析的我国纺织服装环境规制强度研究

摘　　要：对我国纺织服装业环境规制的强度进行测度,在建立环境规制强度指标体系的基础上,通过因子分析方法,探讨我国纺织服装业环境规制强度指数的变化趋势,并提出政策建议.研究认为:纺织工业环境建设需进一步加强,以避免成为"污染避难所";加强纺织工业环境规制的同时需给予纺织服装企业一定的发展空间、准备时间和资金支持;采取激励性的产业政策引导环保产业发展,以促进纺织工业可持续性发展.The environmental regulation intensity for China＇ s textile and garment industry is measured. Based on the establishment of environmental regulation index system for textile and garment, the factor analysis method is applied to explore the trends of China＇s textile and garment industry environmental regulation intensity, and the policy suggestion is also proposed. The study suggests that the construction of the textile industry environment need to be further strengthened, in order to avoid becoming a ＂pollution haven＂. It also points out that if the environmental regulation for textile industry is strengthened, the textile and garment enterprises will need be given some development space, preparation time and financial support at the same time. And the government should take the incentive industrial policy and guide the development of environmental protection industry to promote the sustainable development of the textile industry.
