摘 要:振动搅拌是一种值得探索的新的搅拌技术,但目前该技术还未能得到工业应用。为解决这一难题,本文设计了1 m3双卧轴混凝土振动搅拌机,采用振动与强制搅拌相结合的方案,振动结构与搅拌结构设计为同一装置,发挥了强制搅拌与振动活化混凝土的优势。试验结果表明:较合理的振动参数是振动频率142.1 s-1,振幅1.5 mm;对试验的C20混凝土,振动搅拌较佳的净搅拌时间为40 s,普通强制搅拌较佳的净搅拌时间为50 s。在此条件下,振动搅拌与普通强制搅拌相比,其7 d硬化混凝土试块的平均抗压强度值提高了约38.8%,28 d硬化混凝土试块的平均抗压强度值提高了约21.5%;同时,振动搅拌能够在保证所需混凝土抗压强度的条件下节约水泥用量10%以上,此时硬化后的混凝土7 d抗压强度为17.60 MPa,28 d抗压强度为33.23 MPa,满足混凝土强度的设计要求。Vibrating mixing is a new mixing technology worthy of explore, but this technology has not been used in industrial application. In order to settle this problem, a 1 m3 vibratory concrete mixer with double-horizontal shafts, which combines forced mixing and vibrating mixing together and integrats vibration structure and mixing structure was designed by taking the advantages of forced mixing and vibration activating concrete. Test results indicate that reasonable vibration parameters would be vibration frequency 142. 1 Hz, amplitude of 1.5 mm, 40 s of vibrating mixing and 50 s for ordinary forced mixing, for C20 concrete. Under these conditions, compared with ordinary forced mixing, the average compressive strength of 7 d hardened concrete block and 28 d hardened concrete block by vibrating mixing increased by 38.8% and 21.5% respectively. At the same time, vibra- ting mixing saved the cement by more than 10% under the condition of guaranteeing concrete com- pressive strength, which is 17.60 MPa and 33.23 MPa corresponding to 7 d hardened concrete block and 28 d hardened concrete block respectively, meeting the design requirements of concrete strength.
