文县村民自治过程中自然村之间融合问题的研究——以梨坪乡细燕村为例

摘　　要：以甘肃文县梨坪乡细燕村为例,通过实地调查和亲身经历,研究村民自治过程中自然村的融合问题,结果表明:村民自治制度的建立,生活水平的提高,外出务工过程中的交流,农村中青年文化水平的提高,成为自然村之间融合的有利因素.但也存在不利于融合的因素,主要是农村传统的乡土观念影响,村干部的综合素质和能力有待提高.提出加快融合进程的对策及建议,为促进文县地区村民自治的健康、有序发展提供理论依据.In this article,Take Lipin Township Xiyan Village as an example,which located in Wen county,in the process of villager autonomy in the natural villager fusion problem as the research object.Through on-the-spot investigation and personal experience,The results found： establish the system of villager autonomy,the improvement of the living standard,migrant workers in the process of communication,youth culture in rural areas to improve the level of,is the favorable factors of fusion between natural village.But there are also not conducive to the fusion factor,mainly affects the rural traditional provincialism,the comprehensive quality and ability of the village cadres should be improved.Through the analysis of these factors,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the integration process,to promote the autonomy of villagers in Wen county healthy,orderly development.
