摘 要:针对油田地区地形复杂,地处偏远,人烟稀少,使用有线方式进行远程监控难度大,故障率高,通过移动通信网络监控存在覆盖盲区和基站建设费用高昂的现状。设计了基于Zigbee的无线传感网络的远程监控系统,实时远程监控井群温度、压力、供电电压、电机电流等参数,解决了移动通信网络盲区、基站建设、数据通信费用高昂等问题,对油井故障判断、生产效率提高有积极的意义,现场应用表明系统高效、稳定、可靠。Oilfield always located in remote areas of complex terrain and sparsely population,remote monitoring of bus-wired mode was difficult and shows a high failure rate,monitoring with the help of mobile communicating network has problems of coverage blind spot and high cost of base station construction. Aiming at above problems,we designed a remote monitoring system for oil well based on Zigbee wireless sensor network,providing a real-time remote parameters monitoring including wells group temperature ,pipe pressure ,power supply voltage and motor current, solve the problems of mobile communication coverage blind spot,the high cost of base station construction and data communication,providing a more efficient way in fault detection and production efficiency. The application shows that the system was efficient,stable and liable.
