天蚕壮阳散治疗男性更年期综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察天蚕壮阳散治疗肾阳虚型男性更年期综合征(PADAM)的临床疗效。方法符合肾阳虚型男性更年期综合征病人106例随机分为2组,治疗组53例,以天蚕壮阳散口服;对照组53例,口服十一酸睾酮胶囊(安特尔)。治疗8周后对两组治疗前后PADAM评分及血睾酮(T)变化情况进行统计分析。结果治疗组PADAM各症状评分变化优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组T值均明显升高(P<0.01),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天蚕壮阳散能有效治疗肾阳虚型男性更年期综合征。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiancan Zhuangyang Powder（TCZYP）on the male climacteric syndrome （kidney yang deficiency type）. Methods 106 patients with the kidney yang deficiency type of male climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group of 53 cases were given TCZYP and control group of 53 cases was given testos- terone undecanoate （TU）（Andriol）. Before and after treatment of 8 weeks, the 2 groups＇ PADAM score and serum testosterone （T） were tested and analysised. Results Changes of each symptom PADAM score of treatment group were better the serum testosterone of 2 groups were than those of control group （P〈0.05）. After threatment significantly elevated, but there was no signifi-cant difference between 2 groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion TCZYP is effective in the treating kidney yang deficiency type of male climacteric syndrome.
