摘 要:以广西9个种源的香椿种子为试验材料,对种子质量、适合的贮藏条件以及幼苗的生长特性进行研究。结果表明:不同种源香椿种子的主要品质指标均存在极显著差异;不同贮藏温度下,香椿种子的含水量、发芽率、发芽势均随着贮藏时间的延长呈下降趋势,其中-17℃为较理想的贮藏温度,初步认为香椿种子的安全含水量为10%;不同种源香椿幼苗(苗龄40 d)的苗高和地径均存在极显著差异,且苗高与地径呈显著正相关。综合各项指标评价,认为靖西、隆安、阳朔种源种子的质量较好。The seed quality, proper storage conditions and seedling growth characters of 9 Toona sinensis provenances in Guangxi were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences between the main indicators of seed quality. The moisture content, germination percentage and germination potential of Toona sinensis seed showed a downward trend as the storage time extends in every temperature and ideal storage temperature was -17℃, we preliminarily concluded that the seed safety moisture content was 10%. There were significant differences between the height of seedling and diameter of root-shoot of difference provenances (40-day-old seedling), and the height of seedling and diameter of root-shoot were positive correlated. The seeds from Jingxi, Longan and Yangshuo were better in quality through comprehensive evaluation.
