摘 要:对实验室新分离的网状空星藻(Coelastrum reticulatum)及栅藻(Scenedesums sp.)进行海水驯化,并考察了驯化期间两株藻的生长状况及总脂含量的动态。结果表明,盐度的增加刺激了微藻生长,驯化最初对藻类油脂积累有不利影响,随着驯化工作的进行,微藻总脂含量逐步上升。最终获得了可在海盐含量为25‰的培养基中生长的藻株,并且总脂含量与驯化前相比无明显差距,达到了海水驯化的目的。In order to get microalgal strains with high salinity tolerance, salinty acclimation was done with two newly isolated strains Coelastrum reticulatum & Seenedesums sp. as starting materials. During the acclimation period, mieroalgal growth was monitored and variation of lipid content was tested. The results showed that the addition of seasalt enhanced the growth of microalgae, while the inerease of salinty exerted negative influence on the lipid accumulation of microalgae at first, the lipid content increased gradually with the acclimation development. Strains with salinty tolerance (as high as 25‰, W/B) and relatively high lipid content were achieved finally. C.retieulatum and S. sp. were referred as saline tolerante strains.
