摘  要:采用间接酶联免疫吸附分析法对贵州省5个主要烟草种植区的田间烟草进行了黄瓜花叶病毒病和马铃薯Y病毒病的检测,并采用一步RT-PCR法验证试验的准确性。结果表明:思南、凤冈、德江、正安和清镇5个烟区烟草的CMV带毒率分别为66%、67%、54%、59%和40%,PVY带毒率分别为54%、56%、37%、49%和36%,复合侵染率分别为32%、23%、27%、23%和7%。Indirect enzyme linked immunity absorb assay was used to detect Cucumber mosaic virus disease and Potato virus Y of tobacco in five main tobacco planting areas of Guizhou, and one step RT-PCR method was used to verify the accuracy of the experiment. The results showed that the CMV infectivity of tobacco in Sinan, Fenggang, Dejiang, Zheng'an and Qingzhen were 66%, 67%, 54%, 59% and 40% respectively, the PVY infectivity of tobacco in five tobacco regions were 54%, 56%, 37%, 49% and 36% respectively, and the mixed infection rate were 32%, 23%, 27%, 23% and 7% respectively.
