摘  要:农户的需求与供给意愿决定农业技术推广的方向。选取河北省为研究的案例区域,以河北省梨产业技术推广中的农户和推广组织为研究对象,首次基于农户视角,运用层次分析和模糊综合评判相结合的方法,对推广组织的服务效果进行评价。结果表明:认为推广组织服务优秀的农户占7.3%,认为良好的农户占25.1%,认为一般的农户占34.6%。基于评价结果,提出了建立适合农户需求的农业技术推广机制的建议。Farmers' demand and supply desire will determine the direction of the promotion of agricultural technology. Selecting Hebei province as a study case area and taking the farmers and promotion organizations in Hebei pear industry technology promotion as the research object, while based on the farmers' perspective for the first time and using a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper evaluated the service effect of promotion organizations. The results of the evaluation showed that: 7.3% of farmers thought the promotion organization service effect was excellent, 25.1% of farmers thought the service effect was good, and 34.6% of farmers thought the service effect was general. Based on the results of the evaluation, we put forward the suggestions to establish the mechanism of promotion of agricultural technology for farmers' needs.
