摘　　要：农民非制度化政治参与的逐渐增多,是近几年乡土政治变迁的一个显著特征,其本质是乡土社会治理权力转移与现行政治制度设计不足之间的矛盾,是农民在现有制度框架下以及更为复杂外部环境中的理性选择,在现阶段主要表现为越级上访、组织化抗争和"弱者的武器"三个类型。In recent years, the farmers＇ non-institutionalized political participation is gradually increasing.It is a notable feature of rural political change. Its essence is the contradiction between the Rural Governance powers transfer and Inadequate design of the political system. This is a rational choice of the farmers under the existing institutional framework, as well as more complex external environment.This behavior is mainly manifested as the petition, organized protests and ＂weapons of the weak＂.
