美国区域经济均衡发展路径：经验及启示

摘　　要：文章指出，历史上美国也曾出现过区域发展严重失衡的状况，美国政府通过一系列富有成效的干预政策，有效改善了区域经济失衡的状况。但自上世纪80年代以来，美国的区域政策发生了从凯恩斯主义向新自由主义的转变，特别是在经济全球化和国际分工体系重构的；中击之下，区域发展失衡的状况又有所加剧。文章展望了美国区域经济协调发展的前景，并总结了美国区域经济发展路径对我国的启示。The article points out that the United States had undergone serious imbalances of regional development in history, and the U.S. government effectively improved the situation by adopting series of efficient intervention policies. However, since 1980s, the U.S. regional policies have transformed from Keynesianism to neoliberalism. The imbalance of regional development aggravated, especially impacted by the economic globalization and the restructuring of international division of labor. The article outlines the perspectives of harmonious development of the U.S. regional economy and concludes the experience and inspiration from the U.S. regional economic development path for China.
