摘  要:首次报道了从养殖花鳗鲡(Anguilla marmorata)肝脏中分离得到优势菌株AMRB6,经人工腹腔注射感染健康花鳗鲡试验,结果证实该菌有致病作用,其半数致死量LD50为3.2×107CFU/mL.结合菌体形态特征、常规生理生化鉴定和Biolog自动微生物鉴定系统鉴定,以及16S rRNA序列扩增结果,表明该菌为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌(Citrobacter freundii).30种药物药敏试验结果表明,该菌株对左氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、庆大霉素、卡那霉素等14种药物高度敏感.The paper was the first one reported that a pathogenic bacterium, named AMRB6, was isolated from the liver of diseased AnguiUa marmorata. The strain was proven to be a pathogen of eel by intraperitoneal injection with bacteria suspension, and the LD50 was 3.2×10^7CFU/mL. Based on the morphological characters of bacteria, traditional physiological and biochemical identification and Biolog identification system, and analysis of 16S rRNA gene, the strain was identified to be Citrobacterfreundii. In antibiotic sensitivity test to 30 antimicrobial agents, the stain had high sensitivity to 14 agents including levofloxacin, norfloxacin, gentamicin, and kanamycin.
