摘 要:为有效减少柴油机活塞的热负荷,延长其使用寿命,分析了其温度场分布特性,将S195柴油机活塞头部由平直形状改进为浅ω型,并应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用三维有限元法,计算S195柴油机活塞在热载荷作用下的温度场和换热情况,比较了改进前后两种结构的导热特性.模拟计算结果表明:改进后活塞平直顶面温度最高值均比以前的低(除ω形凹坑的中心凸起处略高30℃左右),同时环槽区与裙部的温度也比以前低.更为重要的是,改进后的活塞顶部的温度与第一、第二环槽的温差进一步拉大,使得改进后的活塞通过环槽处的散热动力大大提升.In order to effectively reduce the heat load of diesel engine piston and extend its life,the structure of S195 diesel engine piston head was improved from a flat shape to shallow ω-shape from the view point of the analysis of its temperature distribution characteristic.The ANSYS finite element analysis software was applied to calculated the two piston.s three-dimensional temperature fields respectively.It can be found from the simulation results that the temperatures of flat top surface are higher than those of the improved one(apart from the ω-shaped pits Center raised slightly higher at around 30 ℃),the same performance also occurs on the piston ring and the skirt areas.More importantly the temperature between the top surface and the first/second ring slots is widened after the piston structure is improved,making the heat transfer performance at the ring groove of piston improved.
