摘　　要：近年来我国高校文库事业发展迅速,不仅文库数目大增,而且文库收藏范围、品种、规模、特色等也都卓见成效。但随着网络信息资源的日渐丰富,高校文库的生存与发展受到严重挑战。在此背景下,高校文库工作者积极调整文库建设方向,在文库定位上寻求特色,模式上构筑多元,开发上走向深入,以期推动高校文库的可持续发展。The university＇s library undertaking of our country in recent years has developed rapidly, which is shown not only in the increasing number of the university＇s library, but also in the collection scope, variety, scale, form, characteristics. At the same time, the library theory research deepens day by day and fruitful. But with the information resources of the network is rich with each passing day, the development and survive is under serious challenge. Under this background, workers of the university＇s library should actively adjust the direction of library construction, seek features in the library＇s orientation, build pluralism in the mode and develop deep, so as to promote the sustainable development of the university＇s library.
