摘　　要：论文对北京地区高校图书馆联合体中24所图书馆读者借阅权限进行了调查,调查涉及读者借阅册数、借阅期限、续借期限等。指出固定借阅权限在实际操作中存在的问题,并对现有的高校图书馆读者借阅权限提出了改进意见。This paper investigates the readers＇ rights to borrow books from the 24 libraries of Beijing Universities Library Consortium, including the maximum number and time of borrowed books and the time of renewal, etc. Meanwhile, it points out the problems existing in the operation of ＂fixed regulations of borrowing books＂, and gives some suggestions of improvement on the readers＇ rights of borrowing books from academic libraries.
