摘 要:为改善转向盘骨架的性能,采用数值模拟与正交试验相结合方法,建立转向盘骨架模型,给定边界约束条件,并进行数值模拟。由极差与方差分析得到各因素对试验结果的影响程度,得到转向盘骨架设计参数的最优组合。在此基础上,对骨架结构进行改进设计,经静力学及疲劳分析确认其满足设计要求,最后通过实物样品试验验证了虚拟正交试验优化方法的可行性和准确性。For improving the performance of steering wheel frame, a method combining numerical simulation with orthogonal experiment is employed. Firstly a model for steering wheel frame is built with its boundary constraint conditions defined and a numerical simulation conducted. Then the influence extents of different factors on experiment results are obtained with range and variance analysis and an optimum combination of design parameter for steering wheel frame is found. On this basis an improving design of frame structure is performed, which is proved by static mechanics and fatigue analyses to meet the design requirements. Finally the prototype test verifies the feasibility and correctness of virtual orthogonal experiment optimization.
