摘 要:建立了包含瞬态刚性圈轮胎模型、考虑制动盘厚薄差(DTV)的制动器模型的1/4车非线性制动动力学模型。基于该模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件分析了DTV对滑移率门限值控制下ABS制动性能的负面影响,并提出了一套抑制DTV影响的适应性控制参数。结果表明:DTV会对车轮运动状态、制动效能和制动舒适性产生负面影响,而采用DTV适应性ABS控制参数虽会恶化舒适性,但可改善车轮运动状态,提高制动效能。A nonlinear braking dynamics model for a quarter car is established, which consists of a rigid- ring-based transient tire model and a disc brake model with consideration of disc thickness variation (DTV). Based on the model and by using MATLAB/Simulink, the negative effects of DTV on the braking performance of ABS system with slip rate threshold control are analyzed, and a set of adaptive control parameters based on the degrees of DTV are proposed on the basis of optimization to suppress the negative effects of DTV. The results indicate that DTV has negative effects on wheel motion, braking performance and braking comfort, while the use of DTV adaptive con- trol parameters though may deteriorate braking comfort, but can effectively improve wheel motion and braking performance.
