资源和谐匹配与农户生产效率提升——基于中国省际面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：经济领域中资源配置是否匹配,通常涉及效率问题。以农村经济活动的资源种类划分而言,我们可以将生产要素区分为自然环境资源和农村社会资源两大类。这两大类资源对农户生产效率有着不同的影响,如何将它们匹配,是值得研究的问题。文章基于中国省际面板的相关数据,运用经典的DEA方法测度了各区域的农户生产效率,运用Panel Data模型探寻了显著影响农户效率的主要因素,并通过两类资源的不同贡献来分析区域差异产生的原因和形成机制。实证分析显示:农村社会资源的改善与农户生产效率提高之间并不存在必然性,农户生产要素质量的提升并不必然导致农户生产效率的提高,提升农户生产效率的主要途径是自然环境资源和农村社会资源的和谐匹配,这对政策制定或许有着参考价值。The matching of the allocation of resources in the economic field is often related with the efficiency problems.Production factors can be divided into two types： natural environmental resources and rural social resources according to the resource classification of rural economic activities.The above two types of resources have different influences on farmers＇ production efficiency.Therefore,it is worthwhile to study the matching problem.Based on China＇s inter-provincial panel data,the classic DEA method was used to measure the farmers＇ production efficiency in different regions,and PANEL DATA model was applied to explore the main factors significantly affecting farmers＇ efficiency.In addition,the different contributions of the two types of resources were used to analyze the causes and formation mechanisms of regional differences.The empirical analysis shows the following aspects： there is no inevitability between the improvement of the social resources in rural areas and the promotion of farmers＇ production efficiency;the enhancement of farmers＇ production factors does not necessarily lead to the promotion of farmers＇ production efficiency;the main way of improving farmers＇ production efficiency is to harmoniously match the natural environmental resources and the rural social resources.This view point may have a reference value for policy making.
