男女肺结核患者肝功能指标变异程度的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨不同性别的初诊肺结核患者的肝功能指标变化,为肺结核病防治提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2012年5～6月桂林市第三人民医院住院的57例初诊为肺结核患者(男44例,女13例)的血清指标的性别差异性并进行变异系数u检验。结果与女性组比较,男性组肺结核患者血清中谷丙转氨酶(glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,GPT/ALT)、谷草转氨酶(aspartate amino-transferase,AST)、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)、胆碱酯酶(cholinesterase,CHE)变异程度较大,差异有显著性(P<0.05);男性组直接胆红素(direct bilirubin,DBIL)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)变异程度较大,两组之间差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论应加强男性肺结核患者的结核病防治及宣传工作,提倡健康生活、规律饮食、加强身体锻炼等提高抗病能力。Objective To study the changes of liver function index for newly diagnosed tuberculosis （TB） patients between different genders, to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of TB. Methods A retrospective analysis of the serum index in 57 newly diagnosed tuberculosis patients （male 44 cases, female 13 cases） from The Third People＇s Hospital of Guilin City from May,2012 to June,2012. was done. A comparison of liver function index between males and females were performed and the variation significance test（u--test） was also done. Results Compared to female group, male group had high degree of variation in glutamic--pyruvic transaminase （GPT/ALT）, aspartate amino-- transferase, AST）, alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, and cholinesterase （CHE）, there were statistical differences （ P 〈0.05） ; male group had high degree of variation in direct bilirubin （DBIL）, albumin （ALB）, there were statistical significant differences （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion It should be strengthened that the prevention and health education of TB for male tuber- culosis patients. It is critical to live a healthy life, to keep an appropriate diet , to do exercise for improving dis- ease resistance.
