摘  要:对新疆冬枣采后贮藏中青腐病病原菌进行了分离纯化及鉴定,并对其生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,该病原菌为橘青霉(penicillium citrinum),同时,不同的氮源、碳源对橘青霉菌丝体生长及产生孢子的数量都有显著影响,光照利于橘青霉菌丝体的生长,而黑暗则对其孢子的产生起促进作用,橘青霉在pH2~11的范围内均可生长,在pH6~9范围内生长良好,橘青霉的分生孢子致死温度为75℃,其具有较强的抗紫外线辐照能力。In the study, the postharvest pathogen of Winter Jujube blue mould was separated and identified, biological characteristics of it were studied. The results showed that the fungal pathogen was penicillium citrinum, and, effect of different nitrogen and carbohydrates sources on mycelial growth and spores production ofpenicillium citrinum were significance difference, the light treatment was propitious to the mycelial growth of penicillium citrinum and spores production of it was facilitated by darkness, it could grow in the condition of pH2-11, while the better Ph for mycelia growth was 6-9, the deadly temperature of spores was 75℃, it has the better excellent character in UV irradiation resistance.
