摘 要:建立薄层色谱法鉴别黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷。采用70%乙醇溶液提取、D101大孔树脂富集,以硅胶GF_(254)板为吸附剂,乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(9:1:0.5)为展开系统,碘熏显色。在该色谱条件下,分离效果好、斑点清晰。本方法可靠、重复性好,可为黄芪的质量控制提供参考。To establish a method for identification of Calycosin-7-glucoside in Radix Astragali from Inner Mongolia and GanSu province with TLC ,The medicinal material were extracted by 70 % ethanol solution, purficated by macroreticular resin(D101), and then, samples and the reference substance were adsorbed with GF254 plate, spread in ethyl acetate-methanol-water (9: 1:0.5), shown color with iodine. In the chromatographic conditions, the separation effect is good, and the spots is clear. The mothod is stable and reliable.
