摘　　要：高速电弧喷涂技术是在电弧喷涂技术基础上发展起来的新型电弧喷涂技术,介绍了高速电弧喷涂的原理、特点、国内外高速电弧喷涂设备和材料研究现状及其应用,表明高速电弧喷涂技术是解决锅炉"四管"腐蚀和磨损问题的好方法。High velocity arc spraying （HVAS） was a new arc spray technology developed on the basis of arc spray technology. The principle and the characteristics of HVAS, the international research status of HVAS equipment and the application in power plant boiler were introduced. The results showed that HVAS technology was a good way to solve the boiler corrosion and wear.
