摘  要:以石英砂为增强相,研究不同核、不同固化剂和反应温度对固化的影响,得到环氧树脂两相固化动力学,并提出动力学模型为(1-a=A/t+B),并用计算机模拟的方法评价了模型的可靠性。提出三乙烯四胺作为环氧树脂固化剂,其具有初始固化速度快、固化时间短的优点,可望用于一些快速成型和粘结的工程领域。Fine quartz powder as a model of reinforcement phase, epoxy resin cured by amine - containing agents was preformed. The curing kinetics equation of epoxy resin, "1 - a = A/t + B" was deduced from experimental results of cu- ring behaviors of epoxy resin in different temperatures and different time, by different curing agents. Computer stimulation results showed that experimental data of curing kinetics were almost the same with what were calculated by this equation.For the need of rapid molding and adhesion by epoxy resin in some engineering fields, it was recommended that triethenetetramine was a good curing agent for epoxy resin cured in a short time.
