摘  要:采用氧弹燃烧法处理塑胶类样品,对实验条件进行探索得到优化后的实验条件,即样品称重约0.3 g,充入1.8 MPa氧气,纯水作为吸收液(针对低浓度样品),冰水冷却,冷却过程中振荡氧弹,45 min后,泄压并进行尾气吸收。经离子色谱测试,卤素的回收率可达到97%~98%(RSD=1.2%~2.1%)。并计算了整个检测方法的检出限(S/N=3),Cl-的MDL为9 mg/kg,Br-的MDL为18 mg/kg。Pre - treatment condition of the plastic by oxygen bomb was explored. The optimized conditions obtained were that the weight of sample was about 0. 3 g, the pressure of 02 was 1.8 MPa, pure water used as absorption solution (especially for low concentration sample), cooling at ice water and vibrated the oxygen bomb during the cooling. After cooling for 45 min, Decompressed the Bomb and the Tail Gas was absorbed by H2O. The testing result by IC indicated the recovery of halogen can reach 97% -98% (RSD = 1.2% -2. 1% ) , and the MDL of the total method was also calculat- ed, MDL for C1- was 9 mg/kg, MDL for Br- was 18 mg/kg.
