摘　　要：根据聚丙烯环管反应器的特点,总结了生产中可能出现的危险因素,即超温、超压、循环中断等紧急状况,据此设计了反应器的紧急停车动作,同时介绍了TRICON系统的特点,以及如何在TRICON系统中实现紧急停车动作。According to characteristics of the reaction of polypropylene loop, dangerous factors were summarized such as over temperature, over pressure, abortion of circulation and so on. In order to confront these emergencies, the reactor＇ s emergency shutdown device was designed and TRICON system which contained hardware configuration and software con- figuration was introduced to achieve the emergency shutdown.
