网络图关键线路确定中存在的问题分析

摘　　要：网络图是运用计算机进行项目管理时应用最广的工具。然而,现有资料常有对关键线路的确定方法描述不够严谨,一些通用的项目管理软件,包括国际著名的项目管理软件确定的项目进度计划的关键线路不够完善。通过分析网络图关键线路的确定方面存在的问题,提出在使用项目管理软件绘制网络图时关键线路的确定方法。The network is the most widely used today using computer items for project management tools. However, some of the information described on the Critical path determination method is not enough strict, some common project management software including internationally renowned project management software to determine the critical path of the project schedule is not perfect. This paper analyzes the problems of determing the network diagram Critical path and put forward the determination of Critical path method in the Horizontal line network diagram using project management software
