摘 要:脐带血作为造血干、祖细胞的来源之一,已日益受到人们的关注。本实验借助粒、巨噬祖细胞微量培养技术观察了不同温度、不同时间对脐血清CSA水平的影响。结果显示,室温与4℃保存条件下,第1、3、7天之间CSA水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);第7天后开始下降,第14天明显下降(P<0.01);第28天活性基本消失。-20℃保存条件下第1、3、7、14、28天之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。这一结果对于临床合理应用脐血具有一定指导意义。Study of human cord blood as one of the sources of transplantable stem/pro-genitar cells has been carried on extensively. In this study by using the micro - semi -solid agosr - gel technigue and the mouse marrow colls as the target cells, we observed the chemges in cord serum CSA level of 5 full -term neonates. Sera were stored at different temperatures and determined after different periods of time. The results are the following. There are no significant changes(P>0. 05)of CSA level in cord sorum stored at room tenper-ature of 4℃ within one weed. On day 7 the CSA level began to lower and showed a significant drop on day 13(P<0. 01). Furthermore it almost disappeared on 28th day. While at -20℃ CSA levels did not fall even on 28th day (P>0. 05). This reults obtained may be useful for reasohable appication of cordblood in clinical practice.
