摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定珲春敬信湿地和敦化雁鸣湖湿地塔头苔草(Carex heterolepis)的根区土壤、叶、根、茎中的As、Cr、Cd、Pb 4种重金属元素的分布状况.结果表明:4种重金属元素在两个湿地塔头苔草根系土壤的含量高于其根下土壤,并且在其根系土壤、根、茎、叶中的含量依次递减.重金属元素在两个湿地塔头苔草中的富集系数不同,其中珲春敬信湿地塔头苔草的根有明显地富集As元素的能力,这可为利用塔头苔草治理环境重金属污染提供理论依据.The distribution of heavy metals (arsenic, chromium, cadmium, lead, etc. ) in Carex heterolepis and its soil of root zone, leaves, roots and stems from wetland Jingxin of Hunchun and Yanminghu of Dunhua is determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results show that the content of four elements in the soil from its root is slightly higher than the rhizosphere soil, in the concentration order decreased from soil of root zone, roots, stems, to leaves of Jingxin of Hunchun and Yanminghu of Dunhua. Bioconcentration factor of Carex heterolepis from wetland is different for heavy metal element in the two zones, among which the root o~ Carex heterolepis in Jingxin of Hunehun is the most effective in arsenic enrich- ment. Thus, the rationale research bases of harness environmental pollution can be provided by use of Carex heterolep.
