降低SPHC钢吨钢成本潜力分析

摘　　要：综合日钢SPHC炼钢各工序成本现状,从转炉因素和精炼因素两个方面探讨了降低SPHC炼钢各工序吨钢成本的最大潜力,认为转炉强后吹和精炼高带渣量是日钢SPHC吨钢成本增加的制约因素。同时提出了SPHC钢降低成本的措施,预计吨钢炼钢成本较传统工艺降低50元。Summarized the present costs per ton of steel in different procedures of SHPC steelmaking, it is discussed the greatest potentials to further reduce these costs, considered the limiting factors are the strong post - blowing in converter and high slag amount in refining, measures proposed. The cost per ton of steel is estimated to go down by 50 yuans than that of traditional process.
