摘　　要：当前很多大型连锁超市企业凭借渠道优势,向供应商收取各种费用,致使零供关系紧张,影响大型连锁超市的持续健康发展。文中以深度访谈和问卷调查为基础,并以A大型连锁超市进行实证分析,构建大型连锁超市供应商满意度评价指标体系,为连锁零售行业公平公正零供关系的建立、行业健康持续的发展等方面提供理论依据及指导建议。The retail chains obtain all kinds of charges from suppliers with its market strength at this stage. So the realation of retailer and supplier has been changed into nervous and has side effect on the healthy development of retailing. On the basis of deep interview and questionaire survey,with A large scale chain supermarket as example for practical research, so the index system of the evaluation of degree of supplier satisfaction of retail chain is constructed. The study also would give related theory basis and guidence suggestion for the foundation of the relation of justice and fairness between retailer and supplier and the healthy development of industry of retail chain.
