摘 要:文中以扬州市交通物流基地规划为基础,针对当前全市公路货运站场系统中普遍存在的运营模式原始、物流资源整合能力弱、物流装备设备利用率低、运输组织化程度低等薄弱环节,运用协同学、协同物流管理、运筹学、博弈论等理论和思想,重点研究了扬州市公路货运站场协同物流系统的组建机制及运营模式,旨在充分发挥公路货运站场的资源整合功能,打破当前经营运作原始的现状,提高组织化程度,提高物流资源的整合利用效率,降低物流成本,推动全市传统货运业向现代物流快速转型升级。This article Focuses on the Yangzhou highway goods station field of collaborative logistics system the formation mechanism and operation mode based on Yangzhou city transport logistics,in view of the operation mode backward,weak logistics resource integration ability, low logistics equipment utilization rate, low transportation organization degree and so on ubiquitous weak link existed in current city Freight station system, using collaborative study, collaborative logistics management, operational research, game theory and other theories and thoughts, to make full use of highway goods station field resource integration and break the current operation primitive status, raise systematism degree,improve the integration of logistics resources use efficiency, reduce logistics cost, promote the traditional transportation industry to modern logistics rapid transformation and upgrading.
